Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags or labels still attached within 7 days from delivery date.

How to Return an Item
  1. Contact our customer support team at within the specified timeframe. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item(s), including the return shipping address. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  3. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We reserve the right to reject a return if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition or fail to meet the eligibility 
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 3-4 days to process, depending on your payment provider. Please allow additional time for the refund to be credited to your account.
